Review by A Girlie and I enjoyed this book. I loved the concept behind it and the reason why the author wrote it. At times, I felt like I was reading the MFC journal. It felt like she was writing down past events that happened.
Unfortunately towards the end I felt like the author was trying to get so much into the last 4 to 5 chapters. I felt at times that conversations were over quickly or not being talked about with a “we can talk about it later” - I loved the romance between the MCs i definitely felt like they truly loved and cared for each other and the MFC relationship with her found family and some of the people from her town. I would have loved a little epilogue at the end with how the MMC brother was doing and the MFC mom and the MFC new job/life. Overall, I thought this was a really good, coming of age and finding yourself type of book! Easy read!
